Don (Donald) Mitchell (1915-1993)[1] Amerikalı bir uçak tasarımcısıydı. 1922'de Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'ne gelen İskoç bir göçmendi.[2][3] İlk uçağını yedi yıl sonra yaptı ve 1937'de bir uçak üretim şirketi kurdu.[4]
